Since 2018, Procreate has been widely used in the field and it is currently one of the most popular drawing software on the market. It has significantly affected the way people draw and sketch. It’s an inevitable trend and it is better to learn it earlier than later. Its powerful functionalities and intuitive interface greatly increase the efficiency and sophistication of designs, and there is no burden of having to carry traditional art supplies and tools around. It allows creators to be creative wherever they go and grasp every inspiration easily just with a tablet.

Although the primary media that we use in the class will be an iPad with the Procreate app, but the class is also designed for experienced users of other softwares. Procreate has similar functionalities and built-in tools as some softwares like Photoshop, Painter, etc….Which means the skills learned in the class can be applied to drawing boards, desktop computers, tablets, or different drawing software. We offer the first three videos free because we’ll introduce the functionality of Procreate to show you the similarities to the software that you are familiar with. In the third video, we’ll talk about brushes that we are going to use in the class which give you more sense to prepare resemblances.
